Q When will my order ship?
A: Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days, although it may take longer in some cases, please check the website header for current processing times. If the stated processing time has passed and you haven’t received a tracking number, please check your email inbox and spam folder. If you still haven't received the tracking information, feel free to contact us, and we'll look into it
Processing time is different from transit time, please take note. We use USPS Ground Advantage to ship our orders, and offer free shipping within the USA.

Delivery Address:
Ensure the delivery address provided is accurate, with your full name to prevent delays or missed deliveries, or returns back to sender.

Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
A:
Yes, Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a USPS tracking link ( see the image below) or USPS tracking number sent to the email address you provided at checkout. This will allow you to easily track the progress of your delivery from the email you will receive.

Please note In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address or because your name id not fully written, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipment. Alternatively, if you prefer a refund for the returned item, the refund will be processed after deducting the original shipping charges.

Q: I was charged but did not receive a confirmation email with an order number. What should I do?

A: If you were charged without receiving a confirmation email containing your order number, We recommend checking your email spam/junk folder for the confirmation email. If you cannot locate it, it's possible that the purchase did not go through completely. The charge you see could be a temporary hold placed by your bank which will automatically be released back into your account within 24hrs.

Tracking and Monitoring:
When the order is proccessed and shipped, you will receive tracking information in the email address you provided.
When you receive the tracking number, please monitor your package by regularly checking the tracking updates. If you notice any unnecessary delays, reach out to USPS customer service for assistance.
Delivery Issues: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please wait a couple of days as sometimes packages are marked as delivered earlier than the actual delivery. If the package does not arrive after a few days, contact USPS on 1-800-275-8777 for further help.
Lost in Transit, Damage or Missing Content: You may file a claim for package that is lost, arrived damaged, or was missing contents, click here to file a claim

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. To ensure a smooth cancellation process, please review our policy below:

  2. Cancellation Window: Cancellation requests can be made before the order is shipped.
    Processing Time: Once your cancellation request is received, please allow 24 hours for the cancellation to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within this 2-5 business days or depending on your bank.
