Shipping Terms
Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days although it may take longer in some cases, please check the website header for current processing times. 
Processing time is different from transit time, please take note.
Transit time
 may take
between 7-30 business days depending on your country.

Enter a correct email address as tracking information will be sent to it once the order is shipped.
Delivery Address:
 Ensure the delivery address provided is accurate, with your full name to prevent delays or missed deliveries, or returns back to sender.

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking link sent to the email address you provided at checkout. This will allow you to easily track the progress of your delivery from the email you will receive ( image 1). When the package arrives your country and received by the postal service in your country for final delivery, you will be able to track with the Delivery Tracking Number as shown in image 2.

Once your package enters the hands of your country's postal services, it's crucial to closely monitor the tracking activities. At this stage, we no longer have control over the or delivery process. The tracking information you see for your order is the same information available to us
If you notice a problem with your order while in transit, please reach out to the delivery postal service directly for any inquiries or concerns regarding the delivery of your package. However, If they are unable to help and if you have provided a correct and complete delivery address and you still haven't received or noticed a problem, please contact us and we will try our best to look into the issue.

Customs Duty Fee
We are not responsible for import/customs duties that may apply in your home country, please check with your country import policy before you make a purchase.
Please, once again, closely monitor your package using the delivery tracking number to stay informed about whether you are required to pay customs duties. If your package is returned because you failed to pay the customs fee or intentionally declined to pay, you will receive a refund minus the shipping fee paid at the time of purchase.


Incorrect Delivery Address/Incomplete Name
Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete as well as your name (no initials) during the checkout process. Any inaccuracies or incompleteness in the address or Name may result in delivery delays or the package being returned to us.
 In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address or Name provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipment. Alternatively, if you prefer a refund for the returned item, the refund will be processed after deducting the original shipping charges.

Cancellation Policy

  2. Cancellation Window: Cancellation requests can be made before the order is shipped.
    Processing Time: Once your cancellation request is received, please allow 24 hours for the cancellation to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within this 2-5 business days or depending on your bank.
